Repair Time

Normal repair turn-around time is 15 business days. If you have a critical situation, we offer an expedite service of 48 hours from the time we receive your supplies.

Competitive Pricing

Our repair pricing is well below the OEM's pricing. We use high quality replacement components and durable shipping materials. If we are unable to repair your supply, there is no charge.

Warranty

Our warranty returns are less than 2%. We offer a three-month warranty on your harsh-environment supplies. In addition, we offer a one-year warranty on your refurbished supplies and a six-month warranty on all your other supplies.

Harsh Environment

A harsh-environment supply is any unit that is placed in water-treatment plants, dirty environments, or heavy-chemical situations.

Specialty Services

We realize not everyone has the same requirements. We are able to offer you dock-to-stock programs, shipments in customer-provided boxes, drop shipping, and failure reports on request.
