Following final inspection, the power supplies are packaged in customer provided boxes. Labels are place in specified locations so they are visible when the box is stored on a shelf. This saves the customer the time that would be required for unpacking, inspection, and re-packing the power supply. Our high quality supports this type of program.

Limited expedites will be processed without extra charge for established customers.

Failure trends, and suggested product improvements, will be reported to the user.

We maintain a computerized record of every power supply in house, by manufacturer and model number….and customer part number if one has been assigned. It is possible to identify where any supply is in the repair process. This data base will be available to customers who have been assigned a password after this feature has been incorporated in our web site.
